The role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to build robust, secure data foundations-pipelines, models, and platforms-that power analytics, decision intelligence, and digital products for clients across sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience in Power BI dashboard development, and a solid understanding of master data management, data quality (DQ) rule implementation, and data integration processes.

What you’ll do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Optimize SQL scripts for performance and scalability.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing SQL-based reports and data pipelines.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of MDM frameworks.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of master data across systems.
• Collaborate with data stewards and business units to manage reference data.
• Define and implement data quality rules and validation checks.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics.
• Work with IT and business teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Assist in integrating data from multiple sources (internal and external).
• Support ETL processes and data mapping activities.
• Ensure seamless data flow between systems and platforms.

Qualifications (Required) – Degrees & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL or similar).
• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard design, data modelling).
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management tools and practices.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and rule-based validation.
• Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Azure Data Factory).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications (Advantageous)

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Certification in Power BI, SQL, or data management.
