The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior Data Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL, data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, master data management, data governance, and data integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for clients across sectors.

• Design, build and operate scalable ELT/ETL pipelines (batch & streaming).
• Develop tested data models for lakes/warehouses.
• Implement DataOps (version control, CI/CD, observability).

What you’ll do

• Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and other tools.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of MDM processes.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of key data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor).
• Assist in defining and implementing data quality rules and metrics.
• Monitor and report on data quality issues and support remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Support ETL processes and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Document data definitions, processes, and workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Qualifications (Required) – Degrees & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQLfor data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with Power BIfor dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Understanding of Master Data Managementprinciples and tools.
• Familiarity with Data Quality (DQ) rule implementationand monitoring.
• Experience with data integrationand ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications (Advantageous)

• Certification in Power BI or SQL.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data lakes.
