The role

This role sets the blueprint, capability maps, value streams, standards and guardrails so that strategy can be executed through processes, data and platforms.

This role owns the process architecture, defines the target operating model (TOM), establishes governance and ownership, aligns with data/platform roadmaps, and ensures benefits realisation.

What you’ll do

• Define and maintain the TOM (capabilities, value streams, process hierarchy).
• Establish standards, ownership and reviewability; embed controls and compliance.
• Align processes with platforms, data models and decision intelligence.
• Prioritise a sequenced roadmap balancing value, risk, compliance and readiness.
• Coach analysts and product teams; ensure KPIs and benefits are traceable.

Qualifications (Required) – Degrees & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Operations/Management Science, or closely related field.
• 6-8+ years in process/enterprise architecture, including demonstrable TOM design.
• One of the following certifications (or commitment to obtain within 6 months): TOGAF (or equivalent enterprise architecture), CBAP/PMI-PBA, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Qualifications (Preferred/Advantageous)

• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MCom, MEng in Systems/Industrial) or Postgraduate Diploma in Enterprise/Business Architecture.
• Experience in regulated, multi-business or multi-country environments; ESG/reporting or MDM exposure at scale.
• Familiarity with process mining, automation at scale, and data governance frameworks.
