The role

The Business Process Analyst maps, measures and improves end-to-end processes, aligns stakeholders, defines KPIs, translates opportunities into changes that stick, often alongside data and digital teams for clients across various sectors.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate discovery, document as-is and define to-be processes.
• Quantify pain points (cycle time, defects, rework), build business cases, define KPIs.
• Write clear requirements/user stories, support solution design, testing and change.
• Partner with analytics teams to wire dashboards, alerts and feedback loops.
• Help establish governance (process ownership, RACI, control points).

Qualifications (Required) – Degrees & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering, Business Information Systems, Operations Research/Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Commerce/Management Science, or related.
• 3+ years process analysis/operations improvement experience.
• Working knowledge of BPMN and standard process tools.

Qualifications (Preferred/Advantageous)

• Postgraduate qualification (e.g., PGDip, BSc Hons, MCom) in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), CBAP/PMI-PBA, PRINCE2/PMP.
• Exposure to process mining, RPA, basic SQL/BI.
